Field Trips, Camps and Youth Groups in Aurora

A two-hour laser tag session that burns real energy and gives coaches, teachers and camp counsellors a break. Trusted by academies and schools across Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville and Richmond Hill.

Featured Camp Visit

Myung’s Taekwondo Academy

Summer camp session with students from the Stouffville and Richmond Hill academies.

“Amazing Taekwondo academy and summer camp! The coaches are professional, caring, and great with kids. Thank you for creating such a positive and fun environment for the children!”
Why It Works for Camps

Why laser tag works for camps and youth groups

Ninety-minute movies burn no energy. Trampoline parks put kids on their own devices. Laser tag puts your group on two teams and asks them to move, communicate and think for a full hour. They come out tired, focused and ready for the next block of the day.

Vests fit all sizes from young kids to teens. Seven game modes rotate so the second round feels different from the first. Coaches and counsellors can either play with the group or watch from the arcade area next door.

Lazer Runner PA-day camp program
Groups We Host

Laser tag for every camp format

Whatever your program looks like, the arena scales to fit it. Book one round for a break in the day, or a full private buyout for a milestone event.

Summer & Day Camps

Municipal camps, YMCA programs and private day-camp providers. A two-hour block covers arrival, briefing, two rounds and cool-down. Weekday rates are lowest.

PA-Day & March Break

Full or half-day PA-day programs. We handle registrations of 20 to 60 kids across the morning and afternoon slots and coordinate directly with your camp lead.

School Field Trips

Elementary and middle school classes, church youth groups, scouts and guides. Private arena time keeps your group together the whole visit.

Martial Arts & Sports Academies

Taekwondo, karate, dance and gymnastics academies use us as a summer-camp field trip and a season-end reward night. Repeat bookings welcome.

After-School & Community

After-school programs, community centres, Big Brothers/Big Sisters chapters and mentorship groups. Small-group and large-group pricing available.

Fundraisers & Team Rewards

Kids’ sports teams celebrating a season, or fundraising nights where a portion of arena time comes back to your program. Ask us how.

How It Works

How to book a camp or field trip visit

1

Send the details

Group size, ages, date window and any special requirements (allergies, mobility, coach-to-camper ratio). Call us or email info@lazerrunner.co.

2

Get a written quote

Weekday, weekend and school-hours rates differ. We send a clear per-camper price and confirm arena time within one business day.

3

Lock the date

Non-refundable deposit holds your arena time. Balance due on the day. We accept cheques and e-transfer for schools and municipalities.

4

Show up and play

Arrive 10 minutes early. We handle the safety brief, vest fitting and game rotation. Coaches keep their whistles at home.

Locations We Serve

Camps across York Region

Our regular camp visitors come from Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, King City and East Gwillimbury. If you can get a bus to Aurora Business Park, we can host your camp.

Coach bus parking is available on-site. Drop-off and pickup happen at the front entrance, so counsellors do not have to move between vehicles and doors.

Camp Organizer FAQ

Camp and field trip questions

What is the minimum group size?

Fifteen campers. For smaller groups, walk-in games are usually the better fit, no booking needed.

What is the youngest age you can host?

Six and up for the arena. Vests and phasers are sized down for younger kids. If your camp mixes older and younger, we run mixed teams so no one gets left out.

Do coaches or counsellors need to play?

Coaches and counsellors who want to play are charged at the applicable per-player rate. Non-playing adults may supervise from the arcade area.

Can we bring lunches or a birthday cake?

Yes. We have a fridge for cakes and a party room for camp lunches. Please, no nuts on premises.

What about invoicing for schools?

We invoice schools, municipalities and registered non-profits directly. Deposit locks the date, balance is due on the day or by school-board terms.

How far in advance should we book?

Summer camp weeks book out by April. PA-days and school field trips book two to four weeks ahead. March Break is usually full by early February.

We had my son's birthday party here and everything was great. All the children were happy and having a great time. The staff were so kind and attentive from the initial booking process, even were able to let us change the date due to a conflict. We hope to be back again soon!

I took my 5 year old daughter for her first experience with laser tag. She had an absolute blast, as did I. The lobby is nice and tidy with a few arcade games. The staff that helped us was great at explaining the game and getting us setup to play. And the actual game play was super fun. The price…
